SAN FRANCISCO POLICE (SFPD) KILLING AN INNOCENT MAN OVER A BUS FARE

When police stopped a teenager stepping off the T-train yesterday to show his transfer as proof he'd paid his fare -- $2 at most -- he ran from them. They shot him as many as 10 times in the back and neck, according to witnesses. For many long minutes, as a crowd watched in horror, the boy, who had fallen to the sidewalk a block away, lay in a quickly growing pool of blood writhing in pain and trying to lift himself up as the cops trained their guns on him and threatened bystanders. Having killed the boy at 4:44 pm, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, in broad daylight at the main intersection -- Third Street between Palou and Oakdale -- in Bayview Hunters Point, San Francisco's last largely Black neighborhood, the police seemed eager to terrorize the community. They waited and waited and waited as the teenager stopped moving but continued breathing before eventually setting him on a gurney and taking him to the hospital, where the Chronicle reports he died at 7:01 pm "Why should you die for a transfer?" asked a witness known as Tiptoe in the crowd of hundreds of residents that soon gathered in the plaza at the Oakdale/Palou light rail stop. "Justice will be brought!" hollered one man repeatedly in a booming voice as the crowd shouted at the long line of police in riot gear standing between them and the dying youngster. "I saw the riot squad fly by me on Palou yesterday -- five trucks in all," wrote Bayview resident Sherry Bryson on Facebook. As usual following ...

SFPD Chief Greg Suhr Leaves Chaotic Bayview Town Hall

WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS EXPLICIT BACKGROUND LANGUAGE. After angry residents shouted him down, Chief Suhr left a meeting at San Francisco's Bayview Opera House, called in response to Saturday's fatal police shooting. Suhr says he remains committed to Bayview, a neighborhood where he used to be captain of the local station. I caught up with him for a moment outside the Opera House once he'd left. It was a disappointing ending to a meeting intended to bring solutions, but the Chief tried to stay upbeat.

"If they do not do what you tell them, strike them." says SFPD while kettling OccupySF 2011-12-07

Just after 2:59 SFPD Sgt. Peter Thoshinsky (helmet #2197) walks down the line and instructs each officer "If they do not do what you tell them, strike them." Recorded outside the kettle perimeter SFPD established in Bradley Manning Plaza (aka Justin Herman Plaza) on the evening of December 7 (the night after their early morning surprise raid in which they arrested 70 people and destroyed their belongings). People inside the kettle were not allowed to leave from 6 : 30pm until about 8 : 50pm when the police abruptly left. At 0:45 you can see police kneeling on two people; one is Chris Jones, who (more than 40 minutes later) was taken to the hospital. The 1:05 mark in this video (when the police flip over the unidentified person with white pants) occurs at the following point in another much clearer video of the incident: www.youtube.com Local time at beginning of this video was 6 : 45pm. OccupySF protester detained by SFPD, injured and then released without charge

On December 7, 2011, the San Francisco Police Department raided the OccupySF encampment at Justin Herman Plaza giving those present only minutes to disperse or face arrest. Michael Goldman was one of 85 people detained and transported to the local jail at 850 Bryant. Michael was injured while in SFPD custody. He states that a police medic took a look at him and said he needed to go to the hospital. He was then soon released without charges, apparently the only protester to be detained and released without officially being arrested. Michael believes this was done so the SFPD would avoid liability.

After being pushed away multiple times one cop told him he could sit there, then another grabbed him from behind, dragged him down some steps with another Occupant and roughed both of them up. A Taste Of Martial Law Methods for enacting and enforcing Martial Law have been in development since Richard Nixon was in the White House. He instituted a program utilizing a Special Military Force to Secure Radio, Television and Phone services throughout the Nation in the event Martial Law had to be enacted. The Watts Riots of 1965 and the Civil Right's Riots in the South were the catalysts for these plans. Today an Army Division is equipped and stationed centrally in the US and waits for a call to action to enforce Martial Law. They are the most trained and experienced Middle East Combat soldiers. As we engage in wars around the world we find that we are also training our troops in the techniques of Urban Warfare. Sadly that training has produced serious violations of Civil Rights and killings of unarmed citizens that appear to be a burden on society. This rise in Police Violence is due, in part, to Military Personnel returning to their Civilian Police Professions and is a small window into things to come. States, Cities and Counties refuse to prosecute these Police Murders since the conduct actually reflects what may be coming in the near future after Economic Collapse and poverty driven Lawlessness. It is of no concern that the masses of Law Abiding Citizens will have their Constitutional Rights and Bill Of Rights taken away because of the conduct of poor people who have no right to be here to begin with. That is a prescription for Civil War and Race Battles by ...
