Today I'll be having a look at an 80+ Gold power supply. Basically this is a super efficient, but low wattage power supply. For most computers this is the most efficient configuration because at about 50-60% load, this PSU can provide 90% efficiency and very low noise levels and most computers do not draw more than about 250-325W under load.

A strange problem I have with my Gigabyte Mobo that can't be turned on with my Seasonic M12D 750w PSU. I just get the two yellow lights by the ram slots and the red light that flashes on which is the level 3 southbridge voltage light. The CPU fan and PSU fan spin for a few seconds then just stop. I've tried the mobo with another PSU and it works fine although this is with an 4 pin connector not an 8 pin one. The oddest thing is that I've tried the Seasonic PSU with another PC and it works fine, this is a 4 pin connector one as well and not the 8 on the Gigabte board.

Hey guys, Heres my unboxing video for the new powersupply I got and the 6870 that arrived yesterday from newegg! After the unboxing, theres a short clip of my computer and explaining what happened with my wire management and installing the stuff into the new case (it was time consuming @_@).
