SE VT Irene Long Term Recovery Committee w/Tim Johnson 041112
Tim Johnson from WTSA 96.7FM/1450AM talks with members of the Southeast Vermont Long Term Recovery Committee about their mission in the greater Windham County area since many residents were devastated in the flooding of Tropical Storm Irene that began on August 28, 2011. Also, how folks can still get assistance as they put their lives back together. Those members present with Tim today include- - Sandy Daly, LTRC chair and also chair of the Brattleboro Area Interfaith Clergy Association - Mary Ann Wolf, disaster recovery service coordinator (works for South Eastern Vermont Community Action, SEVCA) - Sue Graff, LTRC volunteer coordination subcommittee chair and also director of community investments for the United Way of Windham County (UWWC) The general messages we would like people to take away from the interview are 1) some people are still suffering from Irene, and 2) the LTRC can use help in helping these people. Sandy talks about the makeup and mission of the LTRC - how different community groups are working together in this temporary committee to address people's needs. The committee expects to work together for roughly two years and then leave a framework in place in case it needs to reactivate for another disaster. Dara was very famous in Europe, when she was a little girl (Darinka) singing with Karel Gott "Fang das licht" (Zvonky stesti) in 1986. Now she is still active, singing dance and r´n´b music in slovak, czech and english. She is also a moderator. She also cooperated with a band Earth, wind & fire.

Best Czech poprock band of 90s & 2000s and their song Zkamenely dite. Great! Zkamenelý dítě je hit zřejmě nejlepší České pop-rockové kapely Lucie. Písnička je na jejich albu In the Sky z r.1991, ale klip k ní tehdy natočen nebyl.. Tento videoklip vznikl až začátkem 21. století spolu s projektem Lucie v opeře, zároveň s novou verzí tohoto hitu. Do tohoto klipu jsem ale použil původní hudební verzi z r.1991.
