GLIK HD - SHLOMY SHABAN - Migdal HaPizmon - 14/06/10
This musical video is part of the GLIK format. It is a pilot from a new TV show. This is a One Take One Shot. We met up with troubadour and virtuoso pianist SHLOMI SHABAN at a playground in central Tel Aviv, for an improvised late-night version of his cover of Leonard Cohen's song, "Tower of Song". Since Shlomi's keyboard broke down that day, he came with a kid's Casio vintage keyboard. The result is nothing less than a GLIK masterpiece. Confusion - Confusion live at "Barby" sep 1999
Self-titled tune from the CD "Custom Made". This composition by Kofler & Lasky, co-writen by former keyboardist, Sharon Levi, is the first tune the band ever played. Here, played live at "Barby", Featuring an awesome sax solo by the melodic mastermind Shlomy Cohen - totally on fire there... The (intentional???) overplaying in the guitar solo, however, ironically seems fitting to the somewhat childish maximalist approach that got this band started with this particular tune in the first place... We liked it anyway :)
