Sirhan, saying the convicted assassin of Robert F. Kennedy hasn't demonstrated an understanding of the "magnitude" of his crimes. Commissioner Mike Prizmich of the California Board of Parole Hearings told Sirhan that he failed to meet the state's criteria for suitability for parole by blaming others for his problems, behaving immaturely and not seeking enough self-help programs. In response, Sirhan sought to interrupt Prizmich, who admonished the inmate. Prizmich, however, said Sirhan would be eligible for parole again in five years. "At this hearing, you're interrupting me time and time again, demonstrating a lack of control and impulsivity," Prizmich told Sirhan. Sirhan made his first appearance before a California parole board since 2000, supported by two psychologists' reports saying he no longer poses a threat to society, his attorney said. Attorneys for Sirhan Sirhan, the man who assassinated Robert Kennedy in 1968, have asked that he be released from prison, alleging that he was a victim of "mind-control" and never actually shot Kennedy. Kennedy, Sirhan's lawyers have presented their own Kennedy conspiracy theory, alleging that in Sirhan's 1969 trial the court ignored evidence that there were actually two shooters in RFK's assassination. COALINGA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A California parole board has denied parole for Robert F. Kennedy's convicted assassin, Sirhan Sirhan. The decision came Wednesday after a hearing before a California parole board at Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga. Robert F. Kennedy's assassin, Sirhan Sirhan, is generating buzz as he comes up for another parole hearing. Retired TV journalist William Weisel, who was wounded during the 1968 RFK shooting at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, tells CNN that he would not object should Sirhan be set free. Two reputable psychologists who examined Sirhan say he would not be a threat to himself or the community at large. The 66-year-old Sirhan is serving a life sentence for the assassination. Although he confessed to killing Kennedy for his support of Israel, Sirhan says he has no memory of the shooting, and his current lawyer maintains he was brainwashed. Sirhan has been denied parole more than a dozen times.

I taped this from TV here in the Los Angeles area back in June, 1985. I am pretty sure it was June of 1985. The tape features Kent Shocknek at first as the "in studio" newscaster initially introducing Doug Bruckner with his story on Sirhan; then the next hour, the father of George Clooney (Nick Clooney) who worked as a newscaster in 1985, is one of the "in studio" newscasters with Kelly Lange. Nick Clooney is the white haired man in the beige suit in the studio. They are introducing- or rather passing the story to Doug Bruckner, who interviewed Sirhan Sirhan at the Soledad prison. If I recall correctly, there were 3 hours of the local news programs each at 4/5/6 PM, back in 1985, and each hour they had a little more of the Sirhan interview. So that is why the newscasters in the studio switch off and change- since each hour there are different newscasters. I remember having to watch 3 hours of news just to get these short interviews each hour- which make up these two segments on here.

He had four broken legs when he came in and couldn't move. He was very emaciated. I had to carry him around, potty him every two hours, clean, feed, massage, stretch then gentle exercise on the couch. He can now run and jump around. Praying that he doesn't need any more surgery. Xrays will soon tell. This is someone else's legal pet that I'm caring for. It is not a wild animal. I would never treat a wild animal this way. UPDATE: The owner doesn't want him anymore. He's now available for adoption to someone with experience and permits for a high level wolfdog. Contact me. Animal is now perfectly healthy, microchipped, vaccinated. He's not neutered yet because his testicles haven't descended. UPDATE: He just found the best home in the world! He's living with people who have wolfdogs. It was left out here, but during an earlier airing of this same report, Weisel said he believes that there was a second shooter. On Thursday, March 03, 2011 refused to give Sirhan Sirhan a date with freedom, saying he hasn't shown sufficient remorse for Sen. Robert F.
