The topic of this video is Skyward Sword's similarities to Twilight Princess. Even when I was still in the early portions of Skyward Sword, I had already begun to think that the game was very similar to Twilight Princess, and now that I've completed the game I only think so more. I think that, in a way, Skyward Sword is Twilight Princess' personal sequel, sort of like how Majora's Mask was a sequel to Ocarina of Time and how Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks were sequels to The Wind Waker. Of course, Skyward Sword is actually a prequel, and one for the entire series, but I think in terms of how the game is designed, it's actually, in terms of themes, style, and gameplay, more of a follow-up to Twilight Princess than Ocarina of Time or any of the other games. I go over many of the direct similarities in this video. So what about you guys? Can you guess any of the music in the background? What do you think about these two games and their similarities?
