This is a deleted scene from the fourth (and sadly final) season of the amazing television series, "The 4400." This episode, "Tiny Machines" originally aired on Jeff's 53rd birthday. :) Jeff played Dr. Kevin Burkhoff, a quirky neuroscientist who was researching alternate pathways in the brain that could spark new ways of using it, much like the abilities with which The 4400 returned to earth. Kevin is hands down one of my absolute favorites of all of Jeff's roles. He's such a wonderfully well-rounded, fascinating, charming, and downright adorable character, he won my heart the moment he loped silently into view in Season 2's "Wake Up Call." In this clip, Kevin is saying goodbye to his best friend and love, Tess Doerner (Summer Glau) for what may be a prolonged period of time. The two haven't been separated for more than a few nights, and this parting signifies a longer time away from each other. Jeff is so adept at expressing emotion that without saying a single word, his eyes and body language reveal Kevin's feelings perfectly. There is a beautiful fluidity to this scene and both Jeff and Summer have this wonderfully natural chemistry that makes the relationship that much more charming and realistic. This is an absolutely brilliant scene that was unfortunately probably only edited for time. Thankfully, it remains one of the special features on the Season 4 boxset and I wanted to share it with everyone here. Ira Steven Behr has said that were "The 4400" to have continued <b>...</b>

The Last International Playboy is a 2009 American independent film directed by Steve Clark and written by Steve Clark and Thomas Moffett. The Word was a 1990s Channel 4 television programme.Its presenters included Mancunian radio presenter Terry Christian, comedian Mark Lamarr, Dani Behr, Katie Puckrik, Alan Connor, Amanda de Cadenet and "Hufty". Originally broadcast in the old Tube timeslot of 6 pm Friday evenings, The Word's main live show was shifted to a late-night timeslot, with a compilation sister show fronted by Mark Lamarr in the week. The magazine format allowed for interviews, live music, features and even game shows. The flexible late-night format meant that guests could do just about anything to be controversial.There was also an 'I'll do anything to be on television' section called "The Hopefuls" in which people ate worms, bathed in maggots, licked sweat off fat people, and did generally repulsive things in order to get featured on the programme.The programme ran for five series from 1990 to 1995.
