I think he has pieces from a few different songs in there (isn't that what good songs are ;-p?): Parts from Jesus Christ Superstar and cascades I'm not your lover (and others Im sure) but ultimately combines them into a great solo here. It's from the DVD "Deep Purple Live in Australia 1999 - Total Abandon". You can truly see how vocals aren't needed to make rock beautiful...almost like Steve Morse is bringing a piece of classical into rock or something. Enjoy.
