A tribute for The Tau Empire, young and very tech- advanced race from Warhammer 40k universe, beliving in the ideology called The Greater Good. Their society is structured around a Caste System. I believe just like host Ryan Cameron noted at the end of this video, that "If you can step, YOU CAN STEP." Zeta Tau Alpha noted on the www.spritestepoff.com website that they were more than ready for the national final of the Sprite Step-Off Challenge the largest national step competition in history. These girls did NOT lie. Zeta Tau Alpha SHUT THE SHOW DOWN!!! They were committed, ready and unfolded as the underdogs that won to the tune of $100000. Go ZETA TAU ALPHA!!! I sat through over 6 hours of competition, watching 14 performances, and without doubt, these girls deserved to win. And GO SPRITE for producing such an event. I volunteered earlier in the day as part of The Sprite Step-Off Community Challenge in which Sprite provided an opportunity for this step competion/show to coincide with community service. It was a rewarding experience all around to see young people especially care about service and community and later see them represent their schools and frats/sororities with respect and pride. I hope Sprite makes this an annual tradition.

I'm not planning on collecting an army of these guys, so you won't see many videos on them, but I might come back to them now and again to keep me from getting burned out =D Welcome to another Warboss Taetorial! This is a painting tutorial on how to paint Tau Fire Warriors the quick, easy, WarbossTae way! I'm painting up only a single model here, but you could easily batch paint a whole squad of these guys in no time at all by using this method! The GW foundation paints really come into their own with this method, and the weathering effect, which is optional and can be left out if preferred, is eye-catching and very easy to do. These Fire Warriors are not painted in the standard GW color scheme, and their fluff is that they are a splinter group who have been stranded on an uncharted desert planet and forced to re-evaluate the way they look at the 'Greater Good' philosophy in order to survive. They were traveling through the warp when an unexpected warp storm damaged their vessel and forced them to re-enter realspace and crash land. As their race aged, they expanded to all environments. The Tau of the mountains developed the ability to soar high above the baking deserts on thermals. The Tau of the river valleys developed agriculture and metallurgy, forming the first true settlements. The development of settlements led to the need of trade, and wandering Tau began to negotiate and mediate between the disparate tribes. The Tau of the plains became strong and skillful hunters, larger and stronger than most other Tau. Eventually, avarice got the better of the Tau. Growing pains, caused by their unusually rapid technological development led to the invention of sophisticated weaponry.
