A stroll along the front on a windy night, and a bit of a play on the playground, - originally it was to the sound of wind, waves and the Velvet Undergrounds "I'm Sticking With You", but this got blocked so now you've got Hugh Montenegro and his orchestra - The relacement track took ages to choose & actually works better. Teignmouth (pronounced /ˈtɪnməθ/, TIN-məth) is a town and civil parish in Teignbridge in the English county of Devon, situated on the north bank of the estuary mouth of the River Teign. It has a population of 14413.[1] In 1690, it was the last place in England to be invaded by a foreign power. The town grew from a fishing port associated with the Newfoundland cod industry to a fashionable resort of some note in Georgian times, with further expansion after the opening of the South Devon Railway in 1846. Today, its port still operates and the town remains a popular seaside holiday location. The town is located on the north bank of the mouth of the estuary of the River Teign, at the junction of the A379 coast road, the A381 road to Newton Abbot, and the B3192 which climbs up to the A380 on Haldon. Teignmouth is linked to Shaldon, the village on the opposite bank, by a passenger ferry at the river mouth and by a road bridge further upstream. The red sandstone headland on the Shaldon side called "The Ness" is the most recognisable symbol of the town from the seaward side. A great day's filming at Teignmouth today. I came down to film the passing of the Newly Constructed Tornado on its first service with the Torbay Express. Besides Tornado, I also caught some other trains, which are as follows: 11:19 FGW HST Plymouth - Paddington 43004 'FIRST For the future' - 002 'Techniquest' 11:24 FGW HST Paddington - Penzance 43197 - 158 (This train was delayed by 13 minutes and held up Tornado, I also did a brief overview of powercar 43197) 11:37 'Torbay Express' Bristol Temple Meads - Kingswear 60163 'Tornado' (This train was supposed to come through at 11:30 but was held up by the delayed HST, we were hoping that it was going to come through Teignmouth slowly so we could get a better view of her, but instead they held her at Exeter St Davids so she could get some speed up) Another addition to this video is my personal video logo at the beginning, which I have to say im quite proud of (Disclaimer: the music to the intro is from the Cinerail intro music off a train video I once had).

This is a recording I took during Muse's set at the Den, Teignmouth in the 4th September, their first gig with their new album and a return to their hometown. This song is a cover of Gershon Kingsley's electronic instrumental from the late 60's, and made famous by Hot Butter with their cover of it in 1972. I uploaded this because the other video's here on youtube are even worse quality than mine, which I have to say is not amazing!
