This review looks at TERRAFIN, an Earth based Skylanders who looks like a shark that swims underground in the dirt like a LAND SHARK! Skylanders Spyro's Adventure gameplay is played with Skylanders figures that are placed on the Portal of Power and then appear in the Skylanders video game. Terrafin is slow but powerful and can become very strong when leveled up and upgraded with more powerful attacks.

Skylanders review part 4. Classic Game Room reviews SKYLANDERS PIRATE SEAS, level 24 in the Skylanders Spyro's Adventure game and part of the Skylanders Pirate Seas Adventure Pack that comes with the Terrafin action figure. Pirate Seas Adventure Pack comes with a well detailed pirate ship that the player sits on to the Portal of Power which activates a new level with Skylanders Spyro's Adventure. A pirate ship suddenly appears at the docks and player replaces pirate ship with a Skylander figure and plays the level! Pirate Seas level is somewhat disappointing compared to the rest of the game and you'll find yourself playing a remake of the Memory card game half the time. Some new items are found and players can upgrade their Skylanders as they crush enemies, etc... Part 58 of our Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure Playthrough picks up where we are at the helm of our own Pirate Ship and bombarding the island defenses of Plunder Isle. *Again, please note I called this Part 2...it is really part 3 as the title suggests...I recorded this around 4 AM so mistakes do happen. The action is pretty intense as we maneuver our ship to dodge cannon blasts from the seadogs while maintaining steady fire of our own on their defenses. Once we accomplish this, we dock and invade the island. And yes, I know I said Blackbeard instead of Dreadbeard...it isn't too big of a deal, but I am pointing it out now in hopes of not getting flooded with comments or e-mails about it. Once on the island we basically head right for Dreadbeard and play his 24 card Poop Deck in the standard issue matching game. Sadly that is the end of the chapter...Granted Jess LeGrand is grateful to us and hey, that counts for something right? We completed all the Chapter Objectives and Collections while we just lacked the Time Goal for the Completion Objectives. I have to say Pirate Seas was a lot of fun and a bit longer than a typical level. I had kind of hoped it would be a deal where each Adventure Pack would sort of usher in 2-3 "levels" to complete them, but oh well...I'll likely play Dark Light Crypt after we wrap the game up...assuming when I replay Ch 20 the freakin' Weapon Master will finally talk to us and allow us to move on to Chapter 21. We went straight from the Pirate Ship <b>...</b>
