Rare Black and White Film staring Dame Diana Rigg, I had a little go at trying to improve the video quality, hopefully it looks a little better now.

This is the full short rare movie called "The Diadem" starring Diana Rigg. If you like the other short movie with Diana Rigg called "Minikillers" then you will enjoy this one as well. It's pretty much like the samething starring Diana Rigg as the same unknown character that is a lot like Emma Peel from "The Avengers". Just a different story, mission, and also location. I think this movie was filmed in Germany as for the Minikillers that was filmed in Spain. I think this short film came out a few years before Minikillers did. While Diana was still starring as Emma Peel in "The Avengers". I hope you all will enjoy this rare movie. :D

Lyrics by Edward Perronet, St. 4, John Rippon Music by James Ellor Hymnal is Praise for the Lord Edited by John P. Wiegand Published by Mark M. McInteer, Praise Press I have not heard this song sung in church before. I normally hear the other version by Oliver Holden. But this does sound pretty, and I encourage other congregations to try this song out.

Kate Rusby - Diadem - A Christmas Carol from 1779. It's from her 2011 album "While Mortals Sleep" (Pure Records 2011). Christmas albums are like Christmas Day with your relatives -- fraught with potential pitfalls. But only the Grinch would want to ban them outright. And when Kate Rusby, aka the Barnsley Nightingale, is thrumming her guitar and dishing out the seasonal warmth, there is much to be enjoyed. Christmas' roots in carols are the root of While Mortals Sleep. Rusby's on record as someone who adores Christmas, and this is her second album of "South Yorkshire-inspired songs and carols" following 2008's Sweet Bells. That album's title-track was a carol peculiar to Yorkshire, based on While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks but with an alternative tune and extra lyrics. This time around, she's adapted the lyrics to the tune of On Ilkley Moor Baht 'at, though the title here is Cranbrook. Feel free to sing along with "As shepherds washed their socks at night..." Little Town of Bethlehem, Seven Good Joys and Shepherds Arise make appearances, and if that instantly conjures a mood of encroaching Sunday school mornings, remember that these versions should be listened to by the hearth, with a pint (or equivalent) in hand -- these are Kate's instructions, so take heed. With each passing song, she draws us into a time and a place, mostly the deep dark nights of yesteryear. The words to Diadem date from 1779 and the solemn brass/accordion backing feels suitably dusty. Similarly ...

Band: Hexperos Album: The Veil Of Queen Mab (2011) Track: Diadem Of The Night Genre: Classical / Ambient www.hexperos.com www.myspace.com Hexperos is the new project of the soprano Alessandra Santovito (ex founder member of Gothica) and Francesco Forgione (double bass and keyboard). As in her previous music project, Alessandra has involved good musicians, such as the harpist Francesca Romana Di Nicola and the violinists Domenico Mancini and Alessandro Pensa. Alessandra is a soprano, but thanks to her numberless experiences she can sing in various ways, so that her voice, like her music, evokes from the Mediterranean style to the north European one, from the ancient genre to the modern one. Hexperos is music of love and mystery. The name Hexperos comes from Hesperides and Hesperos, which is the name of the first star that appears at twilight. This is also the favourite star of the goddess of love, Aphrodite. As a matter of fact, you can see a star in her symbol, the apple, when you cut it in two halves. The Hesperides are myths that care of a tree with golden apples and they sing with sweet voices.

Rozen Diadem is a doujin STG by Ichigo-Citron (いちごしとろん), based on the popular series Rozen Maiden... which by the way I never saw so, without the rabid fanaticism on my side, I have to say I really liked the game. Site: www.15citron.com So far it seems freeware and includes five stages. However, be warned, Rozen Diadem uses the Tonyu System, which is japanese-only (you'll get the infamous 0.5 error if you try it on a 'foreigner' comp) so put all your regional settings on japanese to make it work. Also take into account the game runs at 320x420 and that no matter what I tweaked I couldn't get the midi music to work so I pulled my editor skills and manually added the music by re-processing the midis as wav through my sound card so they might sound different depending on your card. The music by Cyber-Rainforce is great. Oh, yeah, I still get damaged, which also means this game has life bars. No real tragedy because the scoring system is tied to them so if you get damaged say bye-bye to your chains and bonus for clearing the stage with 100% on both life bars. It uses a character switching system ala Twilight RefrAIN or Imperishable Night and I'm still not sure if the scoring really involves going up to point blank enemies like Ketsui. So, yes, cute (in fact, the art is just so damn pretty you'll cry sugar...), nice music and the whole ambience has a slight surrealist feeling.

Album - Hundred Eight Stars Info. on Star: Diadem(Alpha Comae Berenices). Not quite the brightest star in Coma Berenices (Berenices Hair), the Alpha star just loses out to Beta. The prominent portion of Coma Berenices is the beautiful Coma Berenices cluster. Diadem (Alpha) and Beta are both off to the eastern side of the constellation, and neither is a part of the cluster itself (which is 4.4 times farther away). The name "Diadem," a jewelled crown in the hair, is of modern and unknown origin, and is never really used for the Alpha star, which is commonly known just as Alpha Comae. With temperatures of 6500 Kelvin, Diadem's stars are each 2.5 times brighter than the Sun and have masses about 25 percent greater, their luminosities and temperatures suggesting that they are still quite young. One at least is magnetically active like the Sun, with a rotation period of only 3 days (the fast spin generating the magnetic field). They are close enough in characteristics that they might even evolve together to produce a rare double giant star. Their mutual fate is to be an orbiting pair of identical lower-mass white dwarfs...more go to... www.astro.uiuc.edu
