This video illustrates what life is like for two families living in extreme poverty in northeast India. These families are currently participating in the Trickle Up program, which is designed to help people help themselves out of extreme poverty. Trickle Up has launched a project with support from the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor to help 300 women like the ones you see here take their first steps out of poverty. With grants of livestock, training, savings support, and guidance on health, sanitation, and nutrition, these participants are expected to graduate out of extreme poverty and become eligible for additional financial services such as microloans. After two years, Trickle Up expects that each participant will have access to more capital, a safe means to save, safe drinking water, a sanitary latrine, fruit-bearing trees, and will be able to send their children to school. The bottom line for this video is that Alan Greenspan says...and the former Comptroller of the US Alan Walker agrees...that smaller tax increases early result is FAR FAR less debt down the road thanks to the mathematical miracle of compounding. Imagine if we had no Reagan tax cuts. Imagine if we had no Bush tax cuts. Imagine if the few percent that Clinton raised taxes. The result would be the dropping of the debt as we see it today. Reagan and Bush's tax cuts hurt us in the long run. Their argument at the time was that the tax cuts were given to people who make the jobs. Well as we see now this is just not the case. So when Alan Greenspan says that taxes need to be part of the solution then he is saying that the tax decrease he so vigorously fought for was the wrong path to take because we had a problem then as well. If we would have had the mathematics of compounding working for us with Clinton's tax increase and an additional tax for those people who never did make jobs for us in the first place...and never had the nightmare of Reaganomics... we would be economically so much better now. So....thanks for NOTHING Reagan and Bush. No...thanks for LESS THAN NOTHING and that is massive debt. The old line is...you can pay us now or you can pay us later. We are paying later...and proving that the economic times of Reagan and Bush were artificially improved by the things we will pay for now.

In this large-scale installation a 20 feet tall structure, with a pool of water for a floor collects the occasional drop of water falling from above. A 16 feet boat, suspended from the ceiling just high enough for the viewer to walk under its hull, pierces through the framework of the structure. Descending from 18 high, a wooden staircase enters the structure as well. It also allows the viewer to pass beneath it, but does not allow access as it enters the water. Pond Filter - Trickle Tower- Bakki Shower This is the most efficient BIOLOGICAL filter you can install on your pond. It is at lest 4 X more efficient than any other filter out there. This filter will get rid of algae! I have worked on a design for many years and this is what I have come up to be the most economically build and yet not compromising efficiency. Your fish will be very happy after a couple of days of use. All you need is a pump, filter media and plumbing connections to the filter and out. Pump has to move the whole amount of water of your pond in an hour through this filter. Filter media can be purchase separately for $50. I have seeded bio balls. You can use any other bio media but I recommend Bio balls. This filter is 48" tall. This filter is good for the pond up to 1000 gallons. If you have bigger pond no problem just add additional filters to the equivalent amount of gallons of your pond. Explanation of the system. To filter your pond BIOLOGICALLY you must first have the GOOD bacteria. They develop faster and better where there is a lot of oxygen, and water. The water has all the FOOD that the good bacteria needs to live and colonize, but they also need the oxygen at the same time, so this is where the trickle tower/bakki shower filter comes to play. Pump from your pond brings water to the top of the filter and the water run down and through the bio media( bio balls) that is where the bacteria can hold on to and live on.
