Elizabeth Alisha Greta Halfmoon, 45, also known to go by Alisha Halfmoon, was arrested for endeavoring to manufacture meth at the 81st and Lewis store. Police say surveillance video shows Halfmoon had been in the store since noon. Six hours later security noticed she was acting suspicious, so they called Tulsa police. Responding officers say she claimed she was "too broke to buy the chemicals." "She didn't have the money to make the purchases of the chemicals that were needed so she was taking what was needed in the bottle," says Officer David Shelby. (CNN) -- Three people were killed and two were injured Friday in four shootings in north Tulsa, Oklahoma and police are searching for a lone suspected gunman, they said. Tulsa police spokesman Capt. Jonathan Brooks said investigators were looking into whether the shootings may have been possible hate crimes. "We're not absolutely certain, but a hate crime is a possibility. And we'll go with where the investigation leads us," he said. All of the victims are black. The suspected shooter is a white male and is believed to be traveling in a white truck, said Brooks. It was not immediately clear whether any of the victims knew each other, he said. They range in age from 31 to 54. They were shot over the course of seven hours at four different street locations in the early morning, Brooks said. Two suspects in a Tulsa, Okla., shooting spree are due in court Monday to face first-degree murder charges. Cops apprehended two white males -- 19-year-old Jake England and Alvin Watts, 32 -- at 1:47 am local time, KOKI reported. The shootings occurred a few miles from one another Friday. Police identified those killed as Dannaer Fields, 49, Bobby Clark, 54, and William Allen, 31. The proximity of the victims and similarities of the bullets lead authorities to believe the shootings may be connected, Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan said in a televised news conference Saturday. According to Occupy Tulsa Organizers, the Tulsa police chief arranged a bargain with Occupy Tulsa earlier in the day where the volunteers would have a sit in arrest, they were to be carried off without the use of pepper spray. In the video you can see that several protesters were pepper sprayed while sitting down on the ground, they were clearly not posing any sort of threat. They were sprayed directly in the eyes at close range. If there isn't a legal question here there certainly should be an ethical question. Is it right to use excessive force and torture just to prove you can do it? If the police chief were actually interested in discouraging arrests it would make more sense for him to let them know pepper spray would be used in the situation. I decided to present the raw footage from the time police moved in throughout the entire arrest proceeding to eliminate accusations of deceptive edits. There is a small 5 second break in the middle of the video due to file size limits on my DSLR where I had to restart the video portion. Update: Reports are that the pepper sprayed participants had interlocked arms which TPD interpreted as resisting arrest. However there are still ethical questions about the use of pepper spray directly to the eyes at close range. Is that measure of force justified?

According to a complaint filed in a New York City federal court, the scheme involved funds sent from Lebanon to the US to buy used cars, which were then transported to West Africa. Cash from the sale of the cars, along with proceeds of narcotics trafficking, were then funneled to Lebanon through Hezbollah-controlled money laundering channels.
