"Replica" of the WGN hijacking stitched together using footage from the news story that aired the day following the hijacking. Max's WGN hijack lasted in reality about 20 seconds. The newscast that this footage was ripped from only had 13 seconds worth of footage. This was put together simply to show what the WGN hijacking was like. Unfortunately I doubt anyone recorded the newscast from that night so this will have to do for now. The audio did not work in Max's WGN hijack, instead there was this buzzing noise. Later in the evening, "Max" would successfully override the signal of PBS-affiliate WTTW-11 in one of the most famous broadcast signal intrusion incidents in history. NOTE: The original footage of this recording was provided by the news broadcast that aired the next day. I have stitched this together as a courtesy, please do not copy this video just to repost it on your channel for numbers. Having two of the same video is totally pointless.
