This level gets interesting. The gang leader is thrown at the beginning, and you only get 3 health packs for the entire level. Catch? You can't use them once you go into the Hendrix building, and your checkpoint locks you inside, so if you have no health going in, start over. I made the mistake of entering with 1/3, and had to start over on my first run through this game. That being said, if you can, get both medals for arrests and headshots, otherwise, get the headshots first, then come back and shock enemies as they jump over the fence. If you tag someone while they are climbing the fence, they INSTANTLY get incapacitated, so you don't even need to really aim. You'll get some funny ragdoll physics. Urban Chaos: Riot Response is a bargain bin game for the XBox and PS2, where you are a special officer with a new task force called T-Zero. As this is a terror-level walkthrough, however, which is unlocked only after completing the game on Elite, I have taken the liberty of unlocking every piece of equipment possible from a complete Elite Walkthrough. Apply the same strategies for a first time play, but be wary of lower accuracy and different weapons. The taser, especially, has a considerably shorter range. For the purposes of being able to actually see what I'm doing in the game with the Breather, the Cheat Weapon, Thermal Breather Mk. 2, has been activated. The first in my Pure Black WT gameplay! It's sad that I already got killed so early on, but I didn't expect Miralda to combo me like that! Anyways, I made up for it by perfecting it once I came back. I did come unprepared to fight Phalanx, and I didn't want to go back to the Nexus, so I had to rely on my Blessed Knight Sword +5 to do the majority of the damage. Otherwise, I would have used Wrath of God to take out all of Phalanx's helpers, which would have sped the battle a bit faster.
