Daily News @ RevolutionNews.US — (AUSTIN, TX) If you disrupted class or used profanity back in school, you were probably sent to the principal's office. Today in Texas, more students are being sent to criminal court instead. Last February a student at Fulmore Middle School says she received a ticket for "disruption of class" after spraying perfume on herself. "I didn't do anything wrong," said 13-year-old Sarah, who was in the sixth grade at the time she was ticketed. "I thought I didn't smell good and the next thing you know, the whole class complains for no reason." Sarah said her teacher took her out of class and told an officer assigned to the school that she was being disruptive. Sarah said that she had been the victim of bullying by some of the same students since the second grade. The ticket carried the weight of a Class C misdemeanor and called for a $150 fine. Sarah's attorney said the tickets are common in Texas and believes they send the wrong message. "We're basically criminalizing school discipline," said Kady Simkins of Advocacy Inc. "Things that you or I would have been sent to the principal's office for, a child may receive a ticket for, and they end up in the criminal justice system very, very young." Sarah's mother could not understand why the officer would have written a ticket, since he was not in Sarah's class when the alleged disruption occurred. How to effectively apply your fragrance... Hi everyone. My name is Hannah and today I'm going to be talking about the proper way to wear your favorite fragrance. Now the first thing to remember when wearing fragrance is that a fragrance will typically have three different notes: a top note, mid note and base note. The top note is the first impression that you get of a fragrance, and then the mid and base notes are the lasting impressions. So those typically show up like 10 or 15 minutes later, which is why it's really important when you spray a fragrance to wait 10 or 15 minutes before deciding on which fragrance you. So the first thing to remember when spraying fragrance is that fragrance is strongest at your pulse points, where the skin is warmest. So that would be the inside of your wrists, the nape of your neck, behind your ear, middle of the chest, inside your elbows, behind your knee. And also a little tip to make your scent last longer is to spray around your ankles. That way the scent kind of billows up throughout the day so it makes the scent just linger that much longer. Also another tip too to make your fragrance last all day is to layer. So layer it with your favorite matching lotions and body creams. So after you take a shower, spread it all over your body and then spray with your favorite perfume and it makes the scent last that much longer. If you're a regular on this channel, you may have witnessed my shameless attempts at plugging Julian Perretta. Some of you may know him or recognize him as the opening act for Beyoncé, Girls Aloud or Mark Ronson. One of my early youtube finds, I have been following this guy from zero to hero (if the latter may only be true for French speaking countries -- oddly enough) and now I hope he's going to find himself some fans in Germany. He's a great singer, a fantastic performer and he sounds much better live than on record. At least that's what I can tell from listening to his album Stitch Me Up and comparing it to countless clips of acoustic performances. I was going to catch him on his first solo tour in France, couldn't make it, and so I caught him live for the first time myself on Wednesday, when he opened for James Blunt at Cologne's huge Lanxess Arena. Quite a relief to see him at a seated show -- I have had way too many swaying arms in front of me recently. He was ill-stricken with the flu, had to see a doctor in the afternoon, and yet he pulled through. You can actually hear the pain and to me it remains an absolute mystery how one can sing with the flu at all. In that respect, I put my hat off to Mr Perretta. Thanks Jules!

This is a makeup look for people with ROUND EYES! I'm gonna start a series to help others out. I'm definitely not a professional... this is just the way that I do my makeup. I usually have to adjust makeup looks to fit the shape of my eye. I learned to make my eye look more almond shaped by darkening up the corners, making my eyeliner thicker toward the end, and highlighting in my tear duct and brow bone. I'm not very precise (short attention span lol) and I usually don't blend too well (takes too much time)...so... I do have flaws!! I usually do my makeup in 7 minutes or less! This was a request and is the same makeup look I did in my "Pink Sugar Hair Perfume" video. Oh... by the way... I don't use a primer all the time...but when I do it's Urban Decay Primer Potion.
