My largest project to date (and the first to make it to YouTube), comprising 53 anime series and 103 individual clips set to DJ Earworm's "United States of Pop 2009 (Blame It on the Pop)". This project came with its own set of problems and annoyances, such as the constant crashing of WMM and the inability of that program to save a file as large as this one (which would have been nice to know going into it rather than discovering it at the end). In order to cope with these, I had to break the finished product into three separate files, publish them through WMM, import those published files, and reassemble them as a new WMM file. I then had to re-sync the music with the clips, which accounts for some of the less-than-perfect synching in the version you see before you. Add to that the fact that WMM likes to arbitrarily slow down and speed up clips in its previews, and that conversion from HD formats to those that WMM can handle lowers the quality of videos to pixilated vomit, and you have an AMV that I am frustrated by but of which I am nonetheless extremely proud. (I apologize for the quality of the sound -- my intent is to replace the audio with a higher quality version, but that is dependent on my being able to acquire a better version that WMM will accept.) Criticism is welcome, but I'm unlikely to undertake such a large project in WMM again, and am hoping to have better, more professional video editing software around Christmas. just got bored and decided to see what it would be like to add Team Fortress 2 voices and sound effects over a video of cats messing around. also,i start a college course next month and need to get some practice in with timing effects and things like that. the video has been uploaded many,MANY times,so it belongs to whoever uploaded it first,even though it's just a collaboration of many different videos. the sound effects,voices,and the songs "playing with danger" and "rocket jump waltz" belong to Valve. i don't claim to own anything used in this video. i used windows movie maker to do it,and i know you can't overlap audio with other audio (other than that of the video) which is why i did in stages. i'm telling you this encase anyone else wants to know how to overlap audio in WMM and you haven't figured out how. the first video is just initial audio,like,most of the voices. then you publish the WMM video as a standard video (i used PAL CD quality,takes up less space) then,i imported that video,and added more audio over it,like sounds and extra voices,then i did it again,and added the music. the you just save it all together,and you're done. i don't know why i wrote all that,as hardly anyone watches any of my sodding videos,but there you go,just encase you do watch it and want to know how i got multiple layers of audio on WMM.
