PBR Oct 04 09 Wrung Out by Lickilicky
Today was not a good day for recording, I met up with about 3-4 rental passes and 2 Ubers, and I only had 2 decent opponents, this one being one of them. I'm only uploading this one though for now because I'm short on time, and it's the only one that shows my re-EV'd Aipom. I dropped Protect on this Aipom because it's way faster than its predecessor and there's less that I have to predict around. X Spoilers X This battle was tough. I knew I should have picked Sceptile with it's Focus Blast, but I thought for sure I could get a sweep with Swellow at some point, oh well. This pass has had problems with Lickilicky in the past, and it's no different here. I couldn't predict what it was going to try to do, and when I thought I had it figured out, it got the jump on me. Wring Out is a pretty interesting move. Its base power is determined by ( your current HP / your Max HP). So, with Aipom and Torkoal at full health, and with them at near max HP (because their max HP is really small), it did some real damage. It kind of makes me want to try it out on Lickitung on the new Jessie pass... Please rate or comment! :) I used: Aipom, Torkoal, and Swellow. My opponent used: Lickilicky and Arcanine to defeat me.
