If you really want to know what they're talking about, here are some notes provided by gruffymuffy (since video is old and skips around): In the beginning, Xiao Zhu asks them via what method would they be able to surpass the competition, and they say that whereas others depend on looking cool, they're rather plain and ordinary, but of course when necessary, they also act cool during performances. Then they go as far as to compliment Xiao Zhu about his professionalism onstage, and yet his ability to be a sort of "jack of all trades" in performing arts (he can do humor, and yet be cool, etc.). They also state that they were nervous to meet Xiao Zhu, and one says his leg was shaking so hard. Then, Xiao Gui laughs at Xiao Zhu, saying that everyone's compliments is making him shy. Then, Xiao Zhu says that later on they'd be hearing some sort of song, and goes on to describe its special points (how 3 people would be performing it, KTV, etc.).
