Let's Play Touhoumon Emerald - Episode 02

This is not off to a great start, but once we get the Poké Ball rolling, it'll be a little more interesting. Should I make the episodes a little longer? LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS! Featuring guests deviryuu and Zeether.

Barkley Shut Up and Jam Gaiden - Theme (Space Jam)

Space Jam by the Quad City DJs backed with a chiptune = awesome. I uploaded this because the original video with the theme was muted due to WMG dickery, against the fair use clause. They obviously don't realize that if you can't slam with the best, you have to jam with the rest.

N'79POOPTENNIS?:TRIP YARSELF

Round 1 of my EPIC 12-round tennis tour against MelvanaInChains (2-6) and WaruiGouki(8-12). And even if you're neither of them, you can still make a response to this poop, so I'll know you're a worthy opponent to my pooping genius. Don't worry Zeether, one day I'll challenge you once I finish off with the former. *This message has been brought you by my Aunt's PC* -12 rounds (Melvana does rounds 2,4,6, Jango will do 8,10,12) -Responses must be under (or EXACT) 3 minutes. -Use anything you'd want in response -No deadline. All copyright acknowledged nada nada bleh.
Blast Off

This is an arcade shmup released by Namco in 1989. It has an interesting system where you can change your firing pattern by pressing a second button. You can also shoot either rings by tapping the fire button, or powerful balls by holding down the fire button. You have to be careful with the balls though as you only fire one group at a time. The game is considered a spiritual sequel to Bosconian. Watch the video and you'll see why. The base section with the tanks is also reminiscent of another Namco shmup...see if you know which one.
Baroque Shooting Time Attack

This is a "caravan" style shmup based on the Baroque game series. There is apparently a full version of this too, but I haven't been able to find it. You can download the game here: downloads.ugo.com The manual is here: www.sting.co.jp It's Engrish but still pretty easy to figure out ^_^
Terra Force

An arcade shmup made in 1987 by Nichibutsu. You may know Nichibutsu for making Crazy Climber but they also made some fun shmups too. This one in particular has vertical and horizontal stages that you switch between. I kinda died a lot of stupid deaths in this replay, mostly from running directly into a bullet/enemy -_-
Solvalou Laserdisc Track - Reminiscences

As far as I know, this track is nowhere to be found on the OST for Solvalou (Video Game Graffiti vol. 8). It ONLY plays on the Solvalou gameplay Laserdisc during the Character's Data section. Which is a shame, because it is a fantastic piece of music IMO. Hiroyuki Kawada composed this track and the other Laserdisc music tracks as well as the game music itself. As a side note, I REALLY want Solvalou on Virtual Console Arcade in the US. It's nothing special to look at but seeing classic Xevious enemies in 3D is cool. I got the track from this video: www.nicovideo.jp Solvalou is a copyright of Namco.

TX-Sector (Gottlieb, 1987) music

So, after watching Classic Game Room's review of this awesome pinball machine, I decided to find out if it was possible to get a hold of the music. Thanks to the magic of PinMAME32 and some poking around in a diagnostic menu I managed to record 9 minutes of this game's brilliant music. The intro kind of skips because in order to make the rest of the music kick in, I had to play a sound that gets obscenely high pitched, so I cut it out to save your precious ears. Enjoy the tunes of the Disco Pinball Dimension!
