The toughest TV superheroine from the 70's faces the toughest cartoon superheroine from the 80's. Granted, a sizable portion of their invincibility in their respective shows was due to the fact that neither one ever faced anyone anywhere near their own power level. Well, that's not completely true for Wondie. She did face that Darth Vader wannabe, and that alien guy who turned into a weird neanderthal. And then there's the ant chic who was supposed to be pretty strong. But for the most part, the Wonder Woman TV show was mainly about Wondie tossing around a bunch of hapless guys who'd have a hard time beating Bruce Lee's 6-year-old niece, let alone DC's strongest lady. And She-Ra? Like her brother He-Man, her enemies were such a bunch of worthless weaklings the only question was why the hell she didn't just drag their sorry butts to jail in the first two minutes of the show and get it over with. Say all you want about professional wrestling (it's silly, fake, childish, ridiculous, etc.), but the one thing they got right is that a hero cannot be truly heroic unless she faces seemingly insurmountable odds against her. When all your superheroine ever faces are wimps and idiots that she can easily defeat, it doesn't make her look tough and competent, it only makes her enemies look like stupid pathetic wimps, and it makes her look weak as well. So, for everyone who ever dreamed of She-Ra facing an enemy that could lift things heavier than a small mosquito, for everyone who <b>...</b>

AC0- Lightning-II v. Falken 1/2
A video for the PCPP Bunker (on the PCPowerPlay DVD) I made last year, which was to accompany a bit I wrote bitching about why games give you things that are either useless or way too useful and overpowered. I chose to show this by comparing the F-22 Lightning-II (I wont call it the Raptor, and no way in hell will I give that name to the F-35 JSF) with the ADF-01 Falken with it's frikken laser beam. This vid is part one, due to size limits and such. Second part will have my 'fight' using the Falken.

Ace Combat Zero Airshow
"THE PLAYERS ARE AGGRAVATED. WE'VE HAD ENOUGH PRACTICE- BRING US ONLINE!" (That would be the full name of the video :P ) Piloted mostly by myself (using both controls)- so manuevers were quite limited to what I've had time so far to practice with. (About an hour last night, spend all day today cutting and splicing scenes together) Eventually going to try to do more complex manuevers like cobras, immelmans, etc. As in the end credits, the film is dedicated to Namco, Ace Combat fans, Neoseeker's Ace Combat forum fanatics, and Beterhans who made a pretty badass airshow film that inspired me to take a crack at it. Thanks folks! So yeah.. Online. REQUIRED FOR ACE06! Ace Combat X for the psp may be the first Ace game with some sort of online/link connectivity, and hopefully that should be enough to inspire Namco to broaden the range of playability a bit. AC0- Lightning-II v. Falken 2/2
Part 2, this time I use frikken laser beams to kill the superfighter. It's less awesome than it sounds. Truth be told, the laser could come in handy in really hectic battles, sweeping away groups of fighters in 1 swipe. But... I used it once for Mayhem, and it still made it piss-easy, and nowhere near as hectic and enjoyable as with the F-15C I always use for it (ask nicely, I'll record that... in a method with less fail for the audio) Oh, speaking of that- again, lower volume when combat starts, the audio is not all that kind on the ears.
