PLEASE READ THIS to understand fully the point of the video. That lion's story is a really sad one. He and several other big cats were owned by a bad backyard breeder. When they didn't want them anymore they put them in horse trailer and left them there without food or water. HOT, FILTHY, MISERABLE etc. By the time the sanctuary found them and rescued them a leopard had already died in the horse trailer from the heat and apparent starvation. The sanctuary rescued them, gave them medical care and large yards to be in, food daily, and daily cleaning of their yards and dens. The beginning of the video the man who runs the sanctuary is pulling the steel bar out that secures the door between the den and yard, so the door could swing open and let the lions out into the yard for the day. They spend most of their time in the yard but go into the den/cage when the yard needs cleaned or repaired. This lion always acts like this if he thinks anyone is going to get near "his girl", as the staff affectionately calls the lioness. He loves and adores her even more than you would expect a lion to adore a lioness. I often hear people say I want a pet tiger or I want a pet lion, so this video shows what it looks like to the victims of wild animal attacks. Act 1: Bean goes to Derrick's barber shop for a haircut. Just as he is about to have the cut, the barber has to take a long telephone call. While he waits, three other customers come in assuming Mr. Bean is the new hairdresser, and he ends up cutting their hair very awfully (giving a mother's child an ape-like haircut (which the child is thrilled with), cutting off a man's pony tail, and replacing an older man's elderly hair with hair cut from long ago). They later return and blame Derrick for their strange haircuts, while Mr. Bean sneaks off hiding his face under a calendar of Prince Charles (with the customer whose hair was replaced with the cut hair greeting him as such because he had his glasses off). Act 2: Bean goes to a fair and cheats at the indoor games. First, he plays the Electro wire by switching it off at the plug. Then he plays "Hit the Headmaster" (in which the late George Webb is the "headmaster") and gets a bit carried away, and starts throwing objects like canned peas and cereal boxes at the "headmaster" (he almost throws a chair, but is stopped thanks to a nearby teacher). Later, Bean enters a dog show and uses his Teddy as his pet; he wins a huge bone but gets a jar of honey for Teddy, throwing the bone back into the tent and creating mayhem among the kids and the dogs. Act 3: Bean goes to a railway station. Unfortunately, he has lost his ticket, and decides to sneak past the guards. After numerous failed attempts to sneak past the guards, he hides <b>...</b>

Please remember to adopt and spay/neuter your animals! Why is his left eye shut in the beginning? We think that the body was trying to protect that eye by forming fluid/puss around it. When he was under anesthesia the doctor tried to open that eye and puss just oozed out it was really intense. The reason his eyes are to the side while he's under the anesthesia is because he is under sedation and when that happens and a patient goes deep enough to sleep their eyes roll back. Is his vision okay? Yes, from what we believe he can see okay. The only problem he has with his eyes is that he's missing his lower tear duct on the left side which is for draining of tears. This means that his tears will just drain from that eye onto his fur so it looks kind of like he's crying but it's not too bad. He gets drops in that eye. Purring can mean more than happiness. Yes yes it can, purring can mean a ton of different things. The main reason I bring up that the kitten is purring when he first came in his because yes he was probably scared trying to calm himself down but also that he just wanted human attention the whole time even with such a scary wound on his face.
