REAL Pitch Up Boeing 777 Incident
Notice the Nx, Ny, Nz, acceleration and AOA indications go nuts. Here is a video of almost a crash from the Australian safety board that posted an animation video using a pathetic video format. Notice the pilot allows the plane to seriously stall. Also notice in the 2nd half, the plane turns left while the pilot is turning right. !!????? Malaysia Airlines Flight 124 On 1 August 2005 a serious incident involving Malaysia Airlines Flight 124, occurred when a Boeing 777-2H6ER (9M-MRG) flying from Perth to Kuala Lumpur also involved an ADIRU fault resulting in uncommanded manoeuvres by the aircraft acting on false indications.[14] In that incident the incorrect data impacted all planes of movement while the aircraft was climbing through 38000 feet (11600 m). The aircraft pitched up and climbed to around 41000 feet (12500 m), with the stall warning activated. The pilots recovered the aircraft with the autopilot disengaged and requested a return to Perth. During the return to Perth, both the left and right autopilots were briefly activated by the crew, but in both instances the aircraft pitched down and banked to the right. The aircraft was flown manually for the remainder of the flight and landed safely in Perth. There were no injuries and no damage to the aircraft. IRS=adiru (see wikepedia) as I have flown big boeings for too many years I still call it IRS, whoops! It is part of a presentation we do for schools, but I think we have to cut quite a bit out of it. Also the temperature I am talking about is for the forward cargo airco.
Boat crash 2 men killed
Boat crash at Key West Powerboat Races 2011. 2 men killed in powerboat crash, November 9, 2011 during the Super Boat International races Wednesday. I was a spectator watching the races, shooting from my phone. I catch the boat flip, so I posted originally on youtube as "Boat flip" because It was no crash, and no one died. AFTER 2 HOURS, THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER POSTED BREAKING NEWS: BOAT CRASH 2 MEN KILLED (Key West Citizen, keysnews.com), and people start commenting RIP, so I changed the name to what the newspaper said !!! I was shocked and extremely scared at that moment. Drivers got transported to the hospital, one died on the way, and the second after 2 hours in the hospital !!!....there is also a 8 min raw video of the crash scene for details ! After 2 days, on Friday, THIRD racer died in the hospital, after a boat flip. Condolences to their families !!! RIP
