Al Franken reminding you that climate change is real

9/24/11 - You can see on his face how ridiculous it is that he even has to be saying this. We just had 50 new house members elected that don't believe in climate change and we still argue over the validity of evolution. This is a truly stupid country. Wish I would see more of Franken. I never see him in the news. He should go on Real Time with Bill Maher like he used to. This video was specifically a specifically a message to MN350 at Moving Planet.

Franken: FCC Net Neutrality Plan "Flawed"

US Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) is urging the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to make significant changes to its proposal on net neutrality before it takes its vote on Tuesday. Friday on the Senate floor he spoke to that issue and also asked the FCC to ensure that its vote on allowing the NBC-Comcast merger to move forward does not take place the week between Christmas and New Year's but instead during a time when Americans will have time to focus on the merger and its potential implications. "The FCC has made public its plans to act on its flawed net neutrality proposal this coming Tuesday," said Sen. Franken. "I sincerely hope that the FCC will make significant improvements before then, and that each of the Commissioners will think long and hard before they vote to approve a proposal that could actually make things worse for all Americans."

Al Franken Exposes Right Wing Misinformation On Net Neutrality

Al Franken rips a republican congressman for deceiving Americans about net neutrality. Republicans are fighting for corporate take over of the internet with the usual misinformation. It is important that everyone know the truth. The internet, as we know it, will dissolve into the hands of a couple large corporations if they are allowed to spread this type of misinformation. Kudos to Senator Franken. If more congressmen were like him, this country wouldn't be crumbling from the hands of stupidity.
