The move was Inspired by Emily at the last Hoop Club with Miss Defries, she described the start move to me as demonstrated by her hooping pal ...I have a long way to go but I thought I'd share it anyhow because I think it is yummy. The rest of the vid was inspired by Taal Fiza album Spin Culture CD recommended by Rich of Isopop, if you do not have a copy then off to itunes you must go right now. This is one of two double hoop practices that I have undertook in the last couple of months so it is well rusty in places. The music is 'Pop Tent' at the start and then 'Omega' during the playful bit, I wish it could be continuous but I'm still a little crap with two hoops :-)
