At the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant, operated by the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano received on 25 July 2011 an extensive briefing and visited key locations at the nuclear accident site. TEPCO officials and personnel that were directly engaged in the response to the nuclear accident gave Director General Amano eyewitness accounts of the accident. TEPCO experts detailed the company's efforts to implement its "Road Map" to contain and stabilize the situation in the accident's aftermath.

Everyone knows how much I love dirt as my choice of substrate in the planted aquarium. There is so much to love about it. Its cheap, its natural. Its easy for the roots to grow down into. You can add your own elements to it. Its just awesome, but someone asked me. "If money was no object, would I use Amano Soil?" Well I haven't ever tried Amano Soil so it is hard for me to pass judgment on a product that I have never tried. However I would like to comment on Amano's products. Amano has a great brand presence and rightfully so. His tanks are amazing. But I feel that they are almost surrounded in a kinda snobby, elitist light. People hold them in such high regard because they are made by the best aquascaper in the world. Amano over all has the best planted tanks around, but that doesn't mean that his line of products is truly superior to any other line. I won't pass judgment on his ADA Aqua Soil substrate yet as I haven't tried it. But Frankly, I am really interested in seeing what a planted tank would look like side by side with my dirt mix. (Obviously I think my dirt is great....and I have backers on this) I really don't want to drop the money on it as it is super over priced. but if I get enough people that say they want to see it, i will do it; My 50/50 tank had a great response so this might be worth trying. If you are a rookie, there is no questions you should be saving your money and trying dirt. But the ADA Amano Soil substrate is so highly regarded that I might <b>...</b>

Peppino di Capri (born Giuseppe Faiella in Naples, Italy on July 27, 1939) is an Italian popular music singer, songwriter and pianist. Our 6 Gallon Desktop Nano Amano Fish Tank Aquarium
This is a 6 gallon desktop aquarium, it is an ADA (Aqua Design Amano) from Aqua Forest Aquarium in San Francisco. It is done in the Takashi Amano popularised Iwagumi (Rock Grouping) Nature style. I designed the layout myself. The substrate is ADA Amazonia 2 mixed sizes, small and medium size. The plants are hemianthus callitrichoides (small ground cover), Micro-Sword(green in right corner), Anubias Nana Petite (small green left corner with shrimp in it), Marimo Ball(ball of algae on the rock), and a Cryptocoryne? Wendtii Bronze? Unsure of that one, in the back left corner. The animals are Chili Rasboras, otherwise known as micro-rasboras, and licorice micro-rasbora, Dario Darios Scarlet, Red, Blue, and Yellow Shrimp, Otocinclus, and Various snails. The filter is a ZooMed 501 Turtle/nanotank canister filter (it's AWESOME and silent). The light is an Archaea International(the in-house brand of Aqua Forest Aquarium) High Output LED with white and blue, this is a great fixture that has 6500k or so Bright White light that is superb and very power efficient for a planted tank, especially a nano-tank. I have set up some custom moonlights from an LED manufacturer on Ebay, I have 2 wide beam bars with 4 blue LEDs and a 6 LED narrow spotlight. I have the lights on timers, to have 12 or so hours of sunlight, and 4 hours of moonlight, we dose the tank with SeaChem Excel which works about as good as an expensive CO2 setup and has an added benefit of algae(the bad kinds, my Marimo is <b>...</b>

It was mainly consisted with rock arrangement and Wabi-kusa. The layout production process is broadcasted. This Iwagumi layout was created on September, 2011. We kept the stone untouched, and rearranged the plant in this aquarium. Wabi-kusa were placed in the slopes where the soils are easy to crumble with normal planting way, or the place with thin layer of substrate where the normal plants cannot spread their roots. Unreleased Wabi-kusa Utricularia graminifolia was introduced for the first time.
