Korean Steamed Egg Ingredients: 4 eggs 3/4 Cups of Water 2 Tablespoons Salt / OR 3 Tablespoons Salted Baby Shrimp Juice (eww!) 1 Chopped Scallions Steps: 1. Have 1 Inch water boiling on the side in a large stew pot. 2. Pour 3/4 Cups water into ceramic bowl, stir in salt/shrimp juice. 3. Crack 4 eggs into water, whisk heavily until it is an even pale yellow paste consistency. 4. Sprinkle scallions into eggs. 5. Place bowl inside pot, leave simmering high for 15 minutes, covered. 6. Check to see if done. If it is a jello even pale yellow color it is done. Do not over cook or you will lose the delicate taste!! Enjoy!
