Robinson Crusoe island is also known as Juan Fernandez island, located in the archipelago of the same name, just over 400 miles (570 km) off the coast of Chile, right in front of the port of Valparaiso. This volcanic island of ragged and mountainous topography was discovered by accident in 1575 by Portuguese sailor Juan Fernandez and remained pretty much unknown apart from becoming a favorite refuge for pirates such as Edward Davis, John Eaton and Bartholomew Sharp among others. ts everlasting fame, however, was originated over one century later, when the Scotsman sailor Alexander Selkirk was rescued in 1708, after spending four years and four month stranded in the island. Here's a very interesting video on birdwatching in the Philippines. Produced by the Philippine Convention and Visitors Corporation (PCVC) of the Department of Tourism, it seeks to promote the country as a birding destination. The Philippines has more than 600 bird species and about 200 are found nowhere else in this world!

I have noticed many videos using my Sonic Stages in them. I ask that if you do use my stages in a video, please credit me either in the video or the description. I realize that I did not say this before, so if you did use the levels in your video without crediting me, I'm not upset. It's my fault for not saying this until now, not your fault for using the level. I just ask that you give credit from now on to both me and anyone else's work you may have used.
