I chose to play this particular arrangement of Zohar's becuase i noticed that both of youtube's foremost interpreters of Zohar's music - namely, the amazingly brilliant Verdegrand and the equally formidable Zorsy - have not yet uploaded this, so I thought that I'd try to get in there first :P so, in a sense, i dedicate this performance to them, and their amazing videos of Zohar's wonderful arrangements. In terms of my own take on this piece, it may be noted that i chose to play it at a faster tempo than Zohar's original - and so, because of this, the piece lacks the chilled out/mellow feeling of the original (and for that i can only apologise), to be replaced by a foreboding sense of urgency and drama. I have also uploaded Zohar's 'Peaceful Days', also from Chrono Trigger. It can be found here: www.youtube.com A link for the sheets for the this wonderful arrangement, as well as all of Zohar's other public works can be found on the youtube user's 3llianX's profile, which can be found here: www.youtube.com On a different note, for those of you who like to read, I've written a novel ...
