Arrests and fights in US "Air Jordan" shopping frenzy

Police were brought in to quell unrest that nearly turned into riots across the United States following the release of Nike's new Air Jordan basketball shoes, a retro model of one of the most popular Air Jordans ever made. The frenzy over Air Jordans has been dangerous in the past. Some people were mugged or even killed for early versions of the shoe, created by Nike Inc. in 1984. The Air Jordan has since been a consistent hit with sneaker fans, spawning a subculture of collectors willing to wait hours to buy the latest pair. Some collectors save the shoes for special occasions or never take them out of the box.

Florida Trooper Arrests Miami Police Officer in Marked Car for Speeding

A Miami Police officer was arrested at gunpoint and charged with reckless driving after allegedly leading the Florida Highway Patrol on a seven-minute chase in his squad car at speeds that reached 120 mph on Florida's Turnpike in Broward County earlier this month.A highway patrol trooper pulled out her gun to arrest Fausto López, 35, after he reportedly ignored repeated warnings to stop. López could not be reached for comment. As of Saturday, he was still assigned to regular duty at the Miami Police Department, said Cmdr. Delrish Moss, "because at this point it's a traffic offense." The incident, first reported by Univision 23, started at 6:28 am Oct. 11 on the southbound turnpike at Commercial Boulevard, when a trooper, identified as DJ Watts, saw a Miami patrol car switching lanes in a dangerous manner.Watts turned on her lights and siren but couldn't reach López, who was driving more than 120 mph, the report said. At about 6:33 am, Watts caught up to López. When she pulled in back of López's car, she once again activated her lights and siren, but López ignored the warnings, according to the report, and kept going. Finally, at 6:35 am, seven minutes after the start of the high-speed chase, López stopped his car near Hollywood. An FHP video given to Univision shows Watts approaching López's car with her gun drawn. "She drew her gun for her own safety based on the actions of the driver," said Sgt. Mark Wysocky, an FHP spokesman in Broward. Watts ordered López to step out ...

Protesters started marching up the pedestrian walk way over the bridge while others tried to take the traffic lane. From what I saw no police told any of the protesters to leave until they created a barricade in front of the march about halfway through the bridge. They then pulled vans and buses up to the back of the group and started arresting everyone. In total over 700 people were arrested.

RT's Adam Kokesh brutally arrested for dancing at Jefferson Memorial

A flashmob in Washington has felt the full force of the law, by being forcibly arrested by police - for dancing in public. They'd gathered at the Jefferson Memorial in defiance of a ban on dancing at the monument. Among those held were RT America presenter Adam Kokesh, who says he was slammed to the ground by officers. The ban came in during 2008 when an activist sued police for arresting her for public dancing. The group say they were paying tribute to her as a champion of the First Amendment, guaranteeing freedom, and in response to US District Judge John D. This was the end of a police chase and the Sgt. doesn't want video coverage from a credentialed member of the press. The photog moves a block away and shoots from the next street over and that's when he's arrested and charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration....how can you obstruct from a block away.

Man Arrested at Ground Zero for Demanding Truth

A brave member of the 9/11 Truth Movement faced a crowd by himself and was immediately sacked by police officers. Clearly, the crowd's reaction to the simple statement "When will we be allowed to know the truth about 9/11" indicates the deep state of denial and cognitive dissonance still present within the brainwashed masses. Clearly, the propaganda campaign has had great success in channeling all of our pain, fear and dawning perception of the true terror of 9/11 as a false flag operation, into blind hatred for muslims. This is how 9/11 continues to damage America and deepen the wound that has been inflicted. Clearly, many will NEVER be mentally or emotionally capable of grasping the dark truth about 9/11. We have dark days ahead, but only by shining light into the darkness can we overcome it. Remember that, while darkness cannot drive out the light, only light can drive away the darkness.
