Sex! - Do you have Asperger's Syndrome?

(Watch the video response by thautcast, it mentions a lot of things that I didn't in this video and also a lot more practical advice than I give) Sex: a cheap ploy for viewership and also an excuse to talk about sex in public. No but seriously though: I don't really cover anything "bad" in this video however it IS about sex, just so you know. It is a topic just like any other topic and it deserves just as much attention. However, I do talk about personal experiences here so if you're my brother and you're watching this... well... suit yourself. Also, since I'm a partner now I really won't mind if you do the whole subscribe and thumbs up dance with me. :) Thanks to Nekkoart for the thumbnail, ask her to do yours too! www.youtube.com

Grandin presents around the world and is the author of several books including Emergence: Label Autistic, Thinking in Pictures, Unwritten Rules of Social Relationships, co-authored with Sean Barron. Based on statistics provided by the Autism Society of America, it is estimated that one in every 150 children born in the United States has autism and approximately 1 million in this country have this disorder, which does not include Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD), Asperger's and other spectrum disorders. A new case of autism is diagnosed nearly every 20 minutes, meaning approximately 24000 new cases diagnosed in the US per year.

Aspergers Syndrome a Guide

Aspergers Syndrome is a condition that you are born with and is similar to Autism. Although some would say it is high functioning autism. The condition effects the neurons of the brain and thus things that NTs take for granted such as eye contact have to be learned. Also reading facial expressions and silent body language. In short this can make some people with Aspergers robotic and out of sync with their NT counterparts. The problem with Aspergers especially if born in the 70s is that it is hard to diagnose in Adults. Many adults go through life wondering why they do not fit in. Why they can't get a girlfriend or keep a job. Of course there are now more Female Aspies. Although this is meant to be rare a lot are turning up on youtube. I really do not believe a lot of these are actually Aspergers. Most of them simply are using it to get attention.

You got asperger, kid!

Aspierap! You got Asperger's, this ain't a barbecue. It's your whole afternoon though, lost down a rabbit hole, looking for a timepiece, wonder when your date's at, wonder if she'll visit you at all today — relax. Wonder how many ribbons to expect in her hair — to deflect talk of triplets in respect for the pair or to stare at the bow made of four different colors — didn't notice someone talking to you: there were others in the room, out in the gloom of the periphery. To shift your focus for a moment is to give the ribbons liberty, and that's to suggest they make escape. This is a secret from the future: can't rewind like a tape. Got to make the best and the most of each moment as it happens, got to keep your eyes on those bows, got to trap in your vision all four of them 'cause this is a first: she might have noticed last time that you like ribbons that are hers. And sometimes you wish you didn't. Sometimes it slips your mind. But when she's supposed to visit isn't one of those times, and you're on one of those lines of thought that you encounter when you'd rather your surroundings were quieter instead of louder so that you could focus on other than a clock tick. You don't want to talk shit but the one who made the clock made the cog stick. Minutes are violent noise, obliterating what you thought of as silent poise . Miles of boys before you done got crushed out on a girl like that, her hair flush with ribbons on all occasions and every day. If only making study of the ...

An Aspergers survivor guide to Dating

I did this Aspergers Guide ages ago and really have only just discovered it. It explains simple techiques that Aspergers people can use in order to succeed or at least get past that first date. Aspergers is related to Autism and thus people with it can find it very difficult socially. Further more people with it often say that they can't seem to get a girl or get a date.. Well dating is hard for an aspie I will not deny it. Most girls like a man to be in control, make eye contact and be confident. These things are alien to anyone with Aspergers.

Aspergers and Employment

Some subtle nuances I've learned that normal people just pick up and don't think about how they do it. Information came from "Socially ADDept" by by Janet Giler, its made for children so most of it probably wont help adults but there were a few sections that were useful. The part about the triangle however came from my gf and I don't know where she got it.

Aspergers Syndrome, Tic disorder

NEW DIAGNOSIS: tic disorder as determined by St. Louis Childrens Hospital Neurological Department. Probably Tourettes. She also has Aspergers Syndrome. Finally...we know what it is. Portia, six years old, having these "episodes" since March of 2008. Seen a neurologist who is waiting to see what the other specialist says about her possibly having Aspergers Syndrome. I'm worried that it's still seizures, she has them everyday, sometimes all day long, one right after another. Are these ticks, or seizures? Worried.

Aspergers Syndrome: Identity part 1

This video got a little out of hand, and I had to cut it into two parts. Im asking for your help fellow youtubers. I have been asked to be the closing speaker by the organisers of an asperger conference here in Denmark. They even let me talk about whatever i wanted! so i decided to talk about Aspergers/Autistic Identity. Ive written down some keywords and im asking for your help to see if i missed something vital. All input will be appriciated. Should i maybe choose to talk about something completly different? let me know! The random apperance is caused by my showering, shaving and not doing anything to my hair:) its NOT a fire in the background, its simply the bathroom lights still on. I didnt notice untill after the ranting :) There is no tape. Comment plix! note: paRT two is currently being uploaded. I need to record in a lowere solution, uploading like this takes a full day
