Larks' Tongues in Aspic part II

Thirteenth song played at Rock in Copou, on August 19, 2007. A difficult song, but not impossible to cover. The proof is here. Obviously, King Crimson.Later comment: For everyone that thinks the sound of this particular recording is bad, you'll have no contest from me. I already know that, you're not helping in any way with this tipe of comment, and the reason is below. This recording was made using the following: Sound is a mix from - Vermona 12 channels mixer, about 25 years old; - two camcorder's microphones, post-processed to match the sound spectra of the Vermona mixer. Further processing resulted in boosting the sound from camcorders, at specific moments, in order to hear something from the guitar (during the show, the guitarist was driving his cab very hard and we didn't knew how much was coming from his cabinet and how much was coming from PA, hence the poor sound of his guitar on the recording). Video is a combination of the two camcorder video streams, blended together using Adobe Premiere. Sound was separated from video and this is the reason why, on one occasion, the video and audio don't match. Everything that is heard is made on-spot. Nothing is added to the sound and, except for the slight re-mix for partially correcting the guitar problem, everything is as it was heard by the public on that evening. About the setup, now. The drums (since many had complaint about the sound of the drums, or about the drumming itself, but that is another matter) were used by ...

Larks Tongues In Aspic Pt. 2 - King Crimson Cover

Just jamming with King Crimson - Larks' Tongues in Aspic 2... one of my favorite songs. I am playing 3 tracks here on my new Nord Electro: piano, bass and violin. I normally play this song on the guitar but for some reason I decided to try it on piano this week. I thought it sounded interesting on the keys, but not sure everyone will agree:) Feel free to disregard my errors. I wish I had better tempo, etc. but ...hey... it is what it is. Hard to compare to Robert Fripp & John Wetton! Hey BillyMegaWatt...hope you like it!

Been listening to a lot of Incredible String Band, Vashti Bunyan, Ougenweide lately. This is piece I wrote for a concert on November,12,2010 at Annapril, Munich where I will be performing alongside two amazing musicians on Dobro and Percussion.
