The God Delusion Song: God's A Myth Silly!
I am a musician and a recently de-converted Christian. This song is the inevitable result and the first of many compositions that I will write, produce, perform and post. The lyrics and inspiration for this piece comes largely from the work of Christopher Hitchens, Richard Dawkins and the incredible video series by Evid3nc3. Evid3nc3 not only had a big influence on me artistically but was the final catalyst for my exodus from the silliness of the church, the fiction of the bible with its protagonist Jesus and all the associated god-related fairy-tales and folk lore. Enjoy...and please let me know if you have any good lyrics I can use for upcoming compositions...I'll give you the writing credit! Peace to all...and I hope all of those that are still deluded by faith will someday be free to live in the here and now...because this is all we get...and every second you spend praying or worshiping or thinking about a fairy-tale god is sadly another moment of real life you've lost.

I Am Not An Atheist
Although I did not plan on making a video to commemorate the recent passing of Christopher Hitchens, I felt compelled to address an issue I had been thinking about for quite some time when I learned Kim Jong-il died just two days later. There is a tendency for Christians and other monotheists to lump all atheists together in one group, when there are big differences between atheists like Christopher Hitchens and Kim Jong-il. Indeed, I find the term "atheist" to be non-informative, non-descriptive, and in a major source of confusion for many people. Therefore, I have been considering whether atheists should change their tune and label themselves according to what they are rather than what they are not. I originally wanted this to be a quick video, ending with a little montage of Kim Jong-il to the song "I'm so Ronery" from the Team America soundtrack. However, I tried uploading the video two times and I kept getting copyright violations. Therefore, I had to find an alternative version of the song, not from the movie -- thanks a lot YouTube! :( Anyway, every time I went to re-edit the video I kept adding a little more to the end until it eventually became 15 minutes long, LOL. I don't have time to produce a lot of videos, so when I do I might as well make them count.
