I got to try a lot of new beers and beer styles in 2010 and did more to expand my palate this year than in any previous year. It was actually quite difficult to narrow this list down to the ten absolute BEST of the 185 beers that appeared on Chad'z Beer Reviews this year. Only SIX beers scored a perfect "10" and another 21 garnered a "9". Let me just clarify that this is NOT meant to be "The Best Beers Ever Made". I'm also NOT arguing that there is a factual superiority between these beers in objective or artistic "quality". I don't caught up in those arbitrary, masturbatory debates. If you want such philosophical arguments, I suggest you check out the more pretentious, snobbish beer critics out there. This list is just my PERSONAL PREFERENCE. Everyone has a different sense of taste and, to me, these are the beers that taste the best. FOR A BEER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS LIST: It had to have been reviewed on Chad'z Beer Reviews during 2010. If I didn't review it this calender year it doesn't qualify. It had to my first time reviewing it, re-reviews don't count. If it was a vintage, it counts as a new beer, since a beer can change greatly from year to year as it ages. An annual release whose recipe changes from year-to-year counts as a new beer. Beers I only wrote text reviews of weren't eligible. This list was NOT limited to beers released in 2010. Many of these beers have been around for years - I just haven't reviewed them until 2010. Probably the best beer pong table ever created. It consists of 4 automatic ball washers, over 400 LEDs a system that poungs with a 1200watt amp, 300 watt amp, 4 6x9's and 2 12" subs. has a kegerator that powers two kegs, with recoiling taps to allow you to fill all of the cups in each rack at ease. Or, if you wanted, as for it has been done. double keg stands! the top automatically lifts with a simple push of a button. It is also powered by an actual car CD/MP3 player. it sits on a custom, red oak base which holds all of its componets. the top was custom built, fiberglassed and painted with auto paint, with metallic ghosted stripes down the middle. its so glossy, you can see yourself in it. each ball washer also has its own light. if you must know how much this table cost to build, lets put it this way...the door handles on the cabinet alone were 120 bucks a piece. We will however, take orders for any custom table you wish to have built. this table took over 500 man hours to build.

Shredded Cheddar Cheese 4-6 oz. Gruyere cheese, broken up into chunks (or you can use all cheddar if you like) 1 ½ Tbs. Flour 1 Cup Beer (you can use any beer you like to drink) 2 Tbs. Spicy Brown Mustard 2-3 drops Hot Sauce (or more if you like it hot!) 2 drops Worcestershire Sauce To start add all the cheese into a bowl then stir in the flour to combine. Add the beer to a small pot and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and start adding in the cheese, handfuls at a time, stirring in a figure-eight motion to evenly and quickly melt. When all the cheese is in and fully melted, add the rest of your ingredients. Stir together and you are all done! Serve with chopped veggies or crackers, pita or my favorite, taking a loaf of bread and cutting into big chunks. Get ready for this, beer cheese dip heaven. Thanks and come again!!
