I've gotten a lot of questions lately in the comments about what I do for my arms, and how to develop a biceps "peak." In this video I'm going to show you two of the exact exercises I use to get big arms myself. Building a biceps "peak" will make a HUGE difference in how big your biceps appear. If they're shaped right, your biceps will appear much bigger than someone whose are the same size, but whose biceps do not have a dramatic peak. Developing your bracs (muscles outside your biceps) with the other exercise I show in this video will also make your arms appear much bigger and fuller from the side, which is the main way that people will be looking at your biceps. Some people THINK that you can't develop parts of a muscle, like a biceps "peak"... but this is actually not true at all! You CAN shape your muscles the way you want by doing the correct exercises -- my own body is proof of that. You just have to know the right exercises to develop that body shape you want. Here's how it's done: CONCENTRATION CURLS -- 4 SETS OF 8 REPS EACH ARM: Sit on a bench, and put your elbow on the inside of your thigh (not sitting on top. Do a curl from this position, focusing intently on isolating and contracting your bicep. It helps to look at your bicep as you're doing this, to really make sure you're contracting throughout the entire range of motion. HAMMER CURLS -- 4 SETS OF 8 <b>...</b>

How to do Buddy Curls: Step 1 - Grab a partner that can curl about the same weight as you. Step 2 - Pick a barbell weight that you can complete about 10 reps. Arm mega-pump with 21's for biceps


scoobysworkshop.com 21s are a great exercise. The way I like using them is in conjunction with an arm workout where I am using heavy weights with low reps. I will do my whole workout with heavy weights and low reps but then the last 10 minutes I will do 21s. Its a great contrast and it gives you such a hard pump you'll swear your biceps are gonna burst. Thw biggest problem people have is in choosing the right weight, most people use a weight way too heavy and end up doing 15s or 18s instead of 21s. This exercise beats you up, choose the weight you think is right, then use 25% less! I like to do these with an ez-curl bar but if you can use a straight bar without causing elbow or wrist pain, thats fine too. If you want, you could do 21s with dumbbells too. Basically, use whatever you have even if its 5gallon buckets full of water. Take a shoulder width grip with your palms up. Now the only part of our body that is going to move here is our elbows - everything else is stationary. If you have to rock your torso back and forth then you are using too much weight. So heres how we do the 21s 7 reps bottom half 7 reps top half 7 reps full ROM Some form pointers, first use a mirror - stand sideways so you can see what halfway is. The mirror also helps make sure the elbows are motionless pinned against your side. Dont let them move forward and backward. KILLER!!!!! Rest 1-2 minutes and do it again. If you want an additional challenge, do these on a bosu ball. The balance required <b>...</b>

Killer Home Arm Workout (biceps, triceps)


scoobysworkshop.com Here is a killer arm workout you can do at home with just a set of dumbbells to help get those huge guns, I'm sore for days after doing this workout. This is an arm workout for the advanced bodybuilder, if you are new to bodybuilding please check my website for a more appropriate workout. There are six exercises, three for biceps and three for triceps. The entire workout takes 45 minutes and there is very little down time. Make sure you have done warm-up sets for both biceps and triceps before starting this workout because we start in with really heavy weights and you don't want to get injured. Intensity and focus are really important when you do this workout. Don't hold back anything, treat every set as if it were your last. I know I sound stupid with all my grunting and groaning but when I give it 110%, I can't help it. In this workout we do one exercise for biceps then without rest do the opposing triceps muscle. Here is the workout: Biceps: dumbbell curl using forced negatives Triceps: skull crushers Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises Biceps: Twenty-ones with barbell Triceps: narrow grip bench press Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises Biceps: reverse grip barbell curls Triceps: dumbbell kick backs Repeat the above five times, the complete workout should take about 45 minutes.
