I didn't even make a mistake here, it toppled all by itself when it was more than 96% completed, with just 439 dominoes missing :-( So 13043 were standing when it toppled, which makes this my new personal domino record, beating the old one by almost 4500 pieces! It's the first time I have toppled more than 10000 dominoes, and more than the 11111 that made the first world record in 1974. Eat whole foods proteins and natural carbs like rice, and potatoes. Mistake #2 DON'T REST SO LONG DURING YOUR EXERCISE. Most people rest 2-3 min b/t their exercise like they have all the time in the world! They do things like: - take their time as they walk to the water fountain, - change the music on their ipod, - have conversations with others - look around with a confused look as if they don't know what to do next.
