North Korean State Television announces with great sadness that their leader Kim Jong-il has died at the age of 69 onboard a train. He suffered a Heart Attack on Saturday. North Korean News breaks the story of the death of Kim Jong Il to viewers. A tearful state television announcer dressed in black reported that the 69-year-old "passed away from a great mental and physical strain" while on a train trip, on his way to give "field guidance".The news agency said he died at 8:30am on Saturday (local time) of a "severe myocardial infarction along with a heart attack". An autopsy was performed on Sunday and a funeral is slated for December 28 the agency said.

Jja-jang Bob (짜장밥) is the most popular Korean style chinese food in Korea. This is made of mainly black bean paste, meat, and different kinds of vegetables. In Korea, you can easily order Jja-jang meon (Black bean paste noodle) from the Chinese restaurants. Then they will deliver the food to your house only for 3 or 4 dollars without any tipping. Typically, Korean style chinese restaurants serve Jja-jang meon with Pickled yellow radish (Dan-moo-ji), radish kimchi (Kkak doo gi), and raw onion with black bean paste which you will use to make this recipe. I was fortunate enough to meet the Korean National Team and capture some footage of a few of their Olympic team members who took part in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. During my visit in Korea I got to train at the University Training Center where most of their premiere athletes are brought up to the National Training Center. During my visit, a weightlifting film titled "LIFTING KING KONG" was in the making. I was training alongside many of their top Junior lifters whom I met at the 2008 Junior Worlds in Colombia, along with actors and actresses in the film who were learning the lifts to perform in this highly promoted film. It truly was a great experience and tried to take in as much advice as I could for the short period of my stay. The head coach of the University Training Center (the man in all black with glasses) was a pretty creditable athlete in his time as a 82.5 kg lifter. I'm not sure exactly what his numbers were but he did say he was around top 5 in the 80's. He was telling me, at that time Vardanian of the Soviet Union and I believe Blagoev of Bulgaria were in dominance in the 82.5 class. I also might add to his creditability, the National Training Center you see in this video was designed by him. Note the amount of volume and repetitions the Koreans use, although it was after a major competition, and didn't really have anything to look forward to until the Korean Nationals which would take part several months after. You can make it very easily at home because these days ready-made kits of ingredients for yubuchobap are sold at Korean and Japanese grocery stores. You may find them in Asian grocery stores, too. Ingredients (for 2 servings): 2 cups of cooked rice (made with 1 cup of short grain rice), yubuchobap kit, cucumber, carrot, salt, yellow pickled radish, vegetable oil, and canned black olives (for spooky eyes). See my site for pictures and descriptions of ingredients: www.maangchi.com Directions: 1. Chop cucumber and carrot into small pieces, about 1/3 cup worth. Put it into a bowl. 2. Add a pinch of salt and mix well. Squeeze out any excess water 10 minutes later. 3. In a heated pan, add a drop of vegetable oil and saute the squeezed vegetables for 20 seconds. 4. Chop yellow pickled radish into small pieces, about 2 tbs worth. 5. Make 2 cups of rice and put it into a large bowl. 6. Add the vinegar-based sauce to the warm rice. Mix it well with a wooden spoon. *tip: I suggest not pouring all the sauce from the packet into the rice. Add it little by little until you reach your preferred taste. 7. Add the prepared vegetables and chopped yellow pickled radish to the rice. Mix it well and cool it down. 8. Open the package of yubu and squeeze it slightly to drain out the extra sauce. 9. There is no possibility of agreement at the upcoming G20 summit because the US is declaring financial war on other countries, believes American economist Michael Hudson.
