My favorite workout on the day I had to miss my training like today. Even if it's only for 10 - 15 mins....I recommend to do it for the 30 min though. I only did 6 rounds and uploaded the first 3 rounds here. My neighbors were outside and I felt bad annoying them with my wavemaster. I am afraid they will call cops for the noise I made in my patio.
