No messing around! It was cool to hear all the punching bags rocking while we started our training. Warm Up * Dynamic Mobility * Foam Rolling * Jumping (some shown in video) We finished the warm up with something I call the "prowler weave." I think I have a video of it up on Synergy (if not it is buried on my computer somewhere).
