Janne Schaffer is in the crew as usual but not as prominent as before. Sheet music was issued for this track but doesnt seem to be available 1st hand any more. The piece isnt hard to do on piano if you share it with a friend or prerecord the bass part. For instance did you know that Winnie the Pooh was named in honour of Winnipeg? It's absolutely true. Manitoba Hal - Titanic Blues
We caught up with Manitoba Hal recently as he travelled through Liverpool, Nova Scotia. Since it was almost exactly the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, Hal performed this version of the Hi Henry Brown song Titanic Blues from 1932. Instead of his trademark ukulele, he played his resonator guitar, and proved that he's a master of that too. We shot the video in the historic and beautiful Astor Theatre in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, the oldest performing arts venue in Nova Scotia.
