Healthy Crunchy Bursty Tasty Cheap Salad Lunch - How to eat greens!

This is my first time talking to camera and the sound isn't good, so I've written this to help: You should do your own taste-tests, but for reference, here are the things I've used (all from Tesco): * Watercress (crunchy with mysterious floral smells) www.sciencedaily.com * Italian Salad (Rocket and Apollo Lettuce) * Sweet Pepper (crunchy and bursty) * Duerrs Clear Blossom Honey (Cheap but having the best complex honeycomb smell) * Cambozola Blue Brie (Mild smell, good texture and taste, melts easily for new texture) * An Egg (Fried in Olive Oil with ground salt and pepper on two thirds heat) www.unisci.com * A Closed Cup Mushroom (Market Mushroom) en.wikipedia.org * Crespo Black Olives Greek Style (wet olives go mouldy) * Opies Cocktail Gherkins (small for those who don't really like gherkins) * Opies Cocktail Pickled Onions (small for those who don't really like Pickled Onions) * Extra Virgin Olive Oil (use for everything, including deep fat fryer) * Palette-cleanser: Rachel's Organic Greek Bio-Live Yoghurt with Honey (Great taste and texture for those who don't like yoghurt)! The flavours are so complex that I've been eating this every lunch-time (for over a year) and still look forward to it! knol.google.com
