We were giving a concert in Pittsburgh on March 28, 2009, and needed a tune to end with. We didn't have anything prepared, so we got together the afternoon of the concert and figured out this arrangement. Bryan and I both specialize in ragtime and early American piano music, so it's kind of awesome that John Williams chose to score the seedy, dangerous cantina in "A New Hope" with ragtime. Classic Game Room HD reviews PLAYSTATION HOME for August 2010 with the Star Wars Cantina Bar location and new 30th anniversary The Empire Strikes Back outfits available in the LucasArts store in the Playstation Home Mall. Dress up as Lando, Bossk, Chewbacca, C3PO, an AT-AT Driver, the Snow Stormtrooper and more. Most outfits run a few bucks but the Cantina Bar on Mos Eisley is free (but dry as a desert). Also reviewed is the PS Home Playstation Boombox available at the Playground which plays music in your Home apartment or personal space. Sometimes your invited friends can hear the music too! Playstation Home is a free area for PS3 owners who want to run around and meet people, although it's best experienced with friends and a few add-ons. This CGR review of Playstation Home on PS3 has gameplay footage showing game play (if you can call it that) of the Star Wars outfits like Bossk and the Hoth Snow Stormtrooper from The Empire Stikes Back.

"Mad About Me" was a song performed by Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes. One of their favorites, it was being played by them in Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina when Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi entered to find passage off Tatooine in 0 BBY. Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes were an all-Bith music band, specializing in the fields of Jizz and Jatz. The bandleader and organizer was an overbearing, compulsive Bith named "Fiery" Figrin D'an. The Modal Nodes were members of the Intergalactic Federation of Musicians (IFM), and maintained a reputable standing within the trade guild. The band's matching stage costumes were somber in tone and reflected the moody aesthetics attributed to their preferred style of music. Although the Modal Nodes enjoyed success on the Intergalactic circuit, they never rose to great prominence beyond the Outer Rim Territories worlds, owed largely in part to the fact that they incorporated no vocalists into their act. The membership roster of the band alternated over the years, adding and subtracting members whenever the situation called for it. They persistently maintained at least five permanent performers at any one time and sometimes as many as seven.
