m100 HIIT Workout for Cassey


This is my fitness star contest video for Cassey Ho and the Blogilates community. www.blogilates.com This is my first time trying to speak during this workout. I have a hard enough time keeping track in my head let alone speaking. haha So do it with me!! Why it's called m100? (from sixpackshortcut) There are 100 reps 10 reps of burpees x 4 sets = 40 10 reps of mountain climbers x 3 sets = 30 10 reps of squat thrusts/jumps x 3 sets = 30 40+30+30 = 100! The guys at sixpackshortcut suggest only doing it once, but maybe you could do it twice if you really really wanted to. If you have energy though, go for a run, it feels great.
