Images of last week's fatal police shooting in Miami Beach have been released. Here you see footage recorded on a cell phone by Narces Benoit. The police are surrounding a car driven by Raymond Herisse. Then they started firing at the 22-year-old. Herisse was killed, three officers and four bystanders were injured. Benoit and his girlfriend, Ericka Davis, are accusing authorities of destroying evidence and intimidation. They say the only reason this video is still around because they were able to hide a memory card before authorities smashed the phone that captured this incident. They have hired a lawyer, saying they "want the right thing to be done."

REPORT: OAKLAND, Calif. - Law enforcement officials urged patience while they investigated details surrounding the fatal New Year's Day shooting of a 22-year-old man by a transit agency police officer. Bay Area Rapid Transit Police Chief Gary Gee said on Sunday that the agency is "committed to completing an unbiased, thorough and detailed investigation" of the shooting death of Oscar Grant. "This case is not even four days cold. We're in the early stages of the investigation and we will do a very thorough job," he said. Several unanswered questions remained after BART officers went to Oakland's Fruitvale station to investigate reports of a supposed brawl on a train on which Grant was riding around 2 am Thursday. Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority spokesman Brian Belcher said Flight 2294 was diverted to Yeager Airport and landed shortly after 6:30 pm Monday. There were 126 passengers and five crew members on board. John Benson of Knoxville was on Flight 2294 with his two sons. Benson was planning on taking his sons to New York by way of Baltimore. What was supposed to be a nice family trip, quickly turned into one of the most frightening experiences of his life. "Literally the whole top of the plane ripped off," Benson said. Southwest spokeswoman Marilee McInnis said a football-sized hole was located mid-cabin, near the top of the aircraft. Benson captured cell phone video from the Southwest flight. The sky can actually be seen through a hole in the ceiling that was peeled back. It has not been said what caused the hole, but Benson said he had to calm his children down after a rough takeoff.
