After seeing a video by NaturalBornQueen www.youtube.com inspired by mignondee, www.youtube.com I just had to try this substitute for expensive makeup primer recipe. The "ingredients" are regular flavor Milk of Magnesia ("MOM") and Monistat Chafing Powder Gel. I put the "MOM" in a spray bottle. Although I like the spray bottle, you can't control where it lands but I can deal with that. Allow it to dry before applying the Chafing Gel. The "MOM" application may appear "white & pasty" but that is fixed when the Chafing Gel and makeup are applied. The Monistat Chafing Gel Powder makes my skin feel velvety smooth. I'm getting ready for work and only wear basic day makeup. Makeup Application I have skin discolorations due to adult acne breakouts and perhaps for not using a Bluetooth hands free device with my cell phone. But I digress. I am using the Maybelline Liquid Mousse makeup in Cocoa. I like to apply it over the dark spots like a concealer. Once it dries, I add another layer for more coverage. This is a great makeup to be a drug store brand. The souffle cream foundation gives even better coverage. Lip Color I am using one of my $2.50 elf 2 n 1 Conditioning Lip Glosses. I've tried and LOVED other $1.00 elf glosses but was surprised when the 2 n 1 was very tacky and gummy. I had to use a tried and true model's trick, inserting my finger in my mouth, to remove the excess lip gloss (or lip stick) to prevent it from getting on my teeth. Hi! This is a product recommendation video. I review, rave about and reccomend my favourite foundation primer which isn't a foundation primer per se but works really great and costs little. This is what I use as a foundation primer to replace my Smashbox photofinish. I've searched for cheaper but effective drugstore primer and discovered this wonderful alternative! Here I used a Coghlan's "CAMP HEAT " burner and I made a stand for the cup/pot out of a coat hanger for it , It fits on the fuel can itself and it is very compact !! this experiment was done indoors where there is no wind , but you can still put a windscreen around the flame to protect it .
