Never ever talk about those things because you could just imagine what kind of message you are sending to your child and this could be to your son too, not just your daughter. The things that you should do when you are in the presence of your children talks about foods that make you feel good -- healthy food! Always associating healthy things with good feelings and unhealthy things with bad feelings. So you're eating vegetables and fruits, you're eating lean meats and you're eating really healthily.
