Now onto this video: Inexpensive gift ideas for neighbors, friends and co-workers Cake-in-a-Mug Ingredients: -1 box cake mix -1 box instant pudding (not sugar free) -3 cups powdered sugar -9 Tbs powdered flavor (ex. cocoa for chocolate frosting, vanilla pudding for vanilla frosting, lemonade for lemon frosting, etc.) Directions: ~ Mix cake and pudding in large bowl and portion out 1/2 cup of mix into baggies ~ Mix powdered sugar and powdered flavoring and portion out 1/3 cup of mix into baggies ~ Put a bag of each mix into the mug and attach the following directions: Cake-in-a-Mug Directions: ~ Pour cake mix into mug and add 1 Tbs of water, 1 Tbs of oil, and 1 egg white ~ Mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes ~ In a small bowl combine frosting powder mix with 2 Tbs of water ~ Mix well until frosting forms ~ Pour frosting on cake and enjoy your cake with a fork right out of the mug!
