To complete this How-To you will need: 2 oz. light rum 1 oz. crème of coconut 3 oz. fresh pineapple 1 c. ice An extra slice of pineapple A Maraschino cherry A measuring jigger A blender And a tall glass 3 oz. canned pineapple or pineapple juice 3/4 oz. dark rum or fruit liqueur A long spoon And a small paper umbrella Step 1: Pour into blender Pour the rum, crème of coconut, and fresh pineapple into the blender. Tip: 3 oz. of canned pineapple will work just as well, but rinse it in cold water first to get rid of that canned flavor. If you're really desperate, use pineapple juice. Step 2: Blend Add the ice and blend on high for about 15 seconds, or until you don't hear the ice cubes rattling anymore. Your drink should look smooth and creamy. Step 3: Pour into glass Pour the drink into the glass. In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Strawberry Colada Punch. This is a great drink for celebrating the New Year! You can make it with alcohol or choose the non-alcoholic version. If you are looking for a champagne drink, you will find one of those in bettyskitchen that uses pineapple sherbet, fresh strawberries, and champagne. Ingredients: 15-oz. package frozen, sliced strawberries, partially thawed 13.5-oz. can coconut milk (You may use cream of coconut.) 3 cups pineapple juice, chilled 3 cups club soda, chilled 2 cups light rum (For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with 2 additional cups of club soda. In this video, I used 1 cup rum and 1 additional cup of club soda.) crushed ice sugar or sweetener to taste, optional (Note: I did not use sugar or sweetener in this video, but, if you like sweet drinks, you will probably want to add some sweetener.) Place a 15-oz. package of partially-thawed, frozen, sliced strawberries into a blender. Add a 13.5-oz. can of coconut milk. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides, if needed. Pour into a punch bowl, or other large container. Add 3 cups pineapple juice, 3 cups club soda, and 2 cups light rum (You may substitute 2 additional cups club soda for the rum for a non-alcoholic version). Add sugar or sweetener to taste, if desired. Stir until blended. Ladle into glasses filled with crushed ice and serve immediately. Enjoy! --Betty

The pina colada is made with rum, coconut milk and pineapple juice and its sweet taste makes it very appealing to women. *** Would you like an exotic fruit cocktail like I do? Have a pina colada. How? Come with me, we'll prepare it together. Let's see what ingredients we'll need to make an excellent pina colada. According to the size of the glass, you'll need: • 5/10 of pineapple juice • 3/10 of light rum • 2/10 of coconut milk • 2 maraschino cherries • 1 medium slice of pineapple • some ice Let's prepare together the pina colada: To prepare the pina colada, I've chosen this type of glass; besides, we'll need a blender or a mixer you have at home. So take the slice of pineapple and remove the rind, apart from this section which we'll use for the final decoration. Now cut the slice into cubes. Now put in the mixer the diced pineapple... the pineapple juice... the rum... the coconut milk... and finally the ice. Then, run the mixer. I've poured the pina colada into the glass... now make a small cut in the centre of the pineapple section and put a toothpick on top. Oh boy! A pun! Ho ho hooooo........... Edit: It's about time this one got up. It wasn't done processing before I went to bed and I was like "screw it!" So, I decided to see if it got up today.
