According to E, both singers have offers in place and have agreed to the terms, HOWEVER I should point out that to our knowledge, neither of the stars have actually signed on the dotted line yet. That said, this confirmation is still based somewhat on speculation. If Demi and Britney do choose to sit in on the X-Factor judging panel, they will fill spaces left empty by Paula Abdul and Nicole Sherzinger. Outside media sources maintain that other singers, including Miley Cyrus and Gwen Stefani, are still in consideration for the judging gigs, as well.
